In two hands-on days, I'll teach you the exact method I use in my salon every week: the Maree Alexis Method. You'll go from theory and mannequin work on Day 1 to a finished live-model transformation on Day 2, with me beside you the whole way.

Why I'm opening up my process

I created this method because I noticed no one was installing keratin bonds the way I was. I wanted bonds that sit flat, feel light, blend seamlessly and last. Everything I teach comes from doing exactly that, chair by chair.

Technique gives you the result. Understanding gives you the confidence. Business gives you the freedom. This Keratin Bootcamp gives you all three.

Day 1: Theory + mannequin mastery

9:30am to 5:30pm · 8 hours

Day 1 builds the foundation every great install sits on. We start with the science, then put it straight into your hands.

Invisible vs exposed bonds: why some installs show and how to make yours disappear
How a bond opens and closes, and what that means for every client's aftercare
100% human hair: Remy, virgin and how to choose a supplier you can trust
Consultation: the questions to ask, managing expectations and getting it in writing
Colour matching with the 3-blend method, plus straight vs textured cuticle
Sectioning: my signature pattern and the Deep V, plus placement that keeps clients comfortable
Bond sizes from standard to baby, and density and gram matching
The Press Roll Technique, practised on mannequins until your bonds are flat and consistent

Thursday 7 January

Day 2: Live model transformation

9:30am to 5:30pm · 8 hours

This is the day it all comes together. You'll take a real client from consultation to a finished blend, guided by me at every step.

The Tap and Mould Technique for a sealed, invisible bond
My signature cut: layering, face framing and glide cutting to blend extensions into natural hair
Styling to the full effect, so your client sees the movement and volume before she leaves
Aftercare and her maintenance plan
Filming the transformation for your Reels and Stories
