Morning: remove and assess
- Strategic removal and hair mapping: my row-by-row system so every strand goes back exactly where it came from
- The removal test: how pure Italian keratin breaks down, and how to spot glue bonds
- Transitioning clients from glue to keratin, with care and without criticising anyone's work
- Cleansing, treating, trimming and preparing hair for re-use
- Assessing her natural hair once the bonds are out, and deciding which hair can be reused
Afternoon: rebond and re-install
- Re-tipping with pure keratin: the fine line between enough keratin and a blobby bond
- Bond sizing and shaping for a flat, invisible finish
- Re-installing row by row, so the rebonded hair blends like a new set
- Setting maintenance timing for each client's hair
- Pricing your rebond services and adding them to your menu
